This is a reminder that I need DAILY.
It is so easy to get wrapped up in our day-to-day lives and end the day feeling stressed out and on edge.
I have found that there is one way you can always rid your heart and mind of stress and depression.
Thanking God.
Yes, it’s that simple.
Making a nice long list of everything I have, that I am thankful for – and praying to God and thanking Him and praising Him over and over again, for all that He has done for me. This always does the trick.
Seriously! You should try it.
It is so easy to forget about all of our MANY blessings when we are focusing on the negatives.
Decide to be thankful over stressful!
Philippians 4:6-8
